INC1000M MEMS Tilt Sensor is high performance RS485 ModBus inclinometer sensor with temperature compensation, and the temperature coefficient (-20~50 °C) is as low as ±0.0004º/ºC, it enjoys high accuracy: ±0.01° (room temperature) and the measurement range is from ±5° to ±15°.
